Our Procurement Principles
e.com institute have wholeheartedly adopted the Preferential Procurement Policy guidelines as per the Constitution. The core principles of the policy support a process of best value for money and provide mechanisms to move away from lowest price as the determinant for best value.

It enforces the preference points system and thus provides the platform for e.com to further its socio-economic objectives including black economic empowerment and other strategies aimed at correcting the imbalances of the past. Our policy is to ensure we exhaust all avenues of identifying as a first option, SMME and/or BEE partners and/or HDI Independent Contractors before embarking on a procurement from LME Partners (large, medium enterprises).
